Department of Islamic Studies
The Department of Islamic Studies offers undergraduate and post-graduate programs including BS, MPhil, and PhD in Islamic Studies.
The department aims to provide a comprehensive and research-oriented environment for the study of Islamic theology, history, culture, and law. It fosters intellectual growth, critical thinking, and ethical understanding among students.
Our BS program in Islamic Studies provides foundational knowledge of Quranic studies, Hadith, Islamic law, and Islamic history, preparing students for careers in education, research, and community services.
The MPhil and PhD programs focus on advanced research, critical analysis, and scholarly contributions in Islamic thought, jurisprudence, and contemporary issues. These programs prepare researchers, scholars, and educators to promote Islamic knowledge and contribute to academic and socio-cultural development at national and international levels.
