BS CIVIL TECHNOLOGY

Program:

Bachelor of Science in Civil Technology (BSCT)

 

Objective:

A full time four years program spread over eight semesters of 136 full credits, which equates Masters. The main emphasis of this Programme is to provide the students basic knowledge of technology, mathematics and other sciences and to utilize them in solving problems of Structure, Hydraulics, Highways and environmental engineering and know - about to operation & maintenance of Civil Engineering projects. It develops in students the basic knowledge of on-job training to enable them to work independently on the projects. BS-Tech students are trained as technologists to face all challenges of the industry.  The students are provided basic techniques, skills and use of modern tools to perform as technologists at the projects.

v  Intermediate from any recognized board in 2nd Division (OR)

v  A-Level with Physics and Math or Equivalent.

v  Candidate has to pass AIU Entrance Test and Final Interview.

This program is designed to prepare our students as a technologist, this program is suited to those wishing to pursue a career in the Civil industries, construction & design processes.  In addition to the technical and practical expertise that students will gain from Civil technology, student will discover that our degrees are designed to provide with the opportunities to learn and develop transferable skills. Civil Technologists are in demand with employers within the Pakistan and overseas. The main employment areas include. Construction Generation and Distribution, Installation and Design of Maps.
