B.Ed

B.Ed 01 Year (II Semester) Program 

 

Objective: B.Ed program consists of one year (II Semesters), with each semester 18 weeks in length. Sixteen weeks are for classroom sessions and one week for exams and one week preparatory holidays. This program prepares students who wish to make a career in teaching, assessment and educational administration.

M.Phil (Education)

 Scheme of MPhil Education

OBJECTIVE : M.Phill in Education is two years program, after successful completion of M.A/M. Sc or 16 years of education with Education as major subject. In the first year, students have to complete the course work consisting of two semesters. On the completion of course work, students will have to work on their M. Phil thesis, which may take six months to one year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • A candidate seeking admission to the degree must have sixteen years of education or 4 years education after F.A./F.Sc./ A-Level or equivalent (at least 130 credit hours) with at least second division/CGPA 2.50 in the degree on the basis of which admission is requested and qualified a GRE / GAT (General ) Type Test as may be prescribed by HEC or adopted by the Advanced Studies and Research Board of GC University, Faisalabad.

MASTERS IN EDUCATION

Program: MASTERS IN EDUCATION (M.Ed)

Objective: The main objective of M.Ed program is to produce competent personnel for leadership positions in education and human resource development fields. It prepares educationists for leading slots in teaching, assessment and educational administration.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Masters or equivalent
  • Minimum 50% marks from an accredited institution.
  • B.Ed  minimum 50% from an accredited institution
  • Test and Interview.
