- To cultivate personals, loyal to ALLAH, sincere to profession and true to society;
- to save and promote Ideology of Islam;
- to establish a center specializing in responding to misunderstandings and false allegations aimed against Islam, by using all available scholarly and scientific means;
- to enroll students to study Islamic Shari’a and other modern sciences and to relate with the Islamic Civilization and its technological aspirations;
- to conduct Shari’a symposiums on different Islamic topics;
- to establish a center of excellence in Research & Development under the shadow of Islam;
- to conduct various programs to meet the challenges of new era;
- to develop "creating and designing ability".
